SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY

We offer FREE Shipping and Gift Packing in India for the jewellery ordered on the Website. Shipping of the product shall be done through Our courier partner BlueDart, Speed Post or any other courier service provider. We provide durable and exclusive tamper-proof packing and deliver it in an exclusive Company labelled box along with the relevant certificates and invoice. Delivery dates may differ for different products. At the time of placing the order & checkout, the delivery timeline would be clearly mentioned. The Company/ Website reserves the right to release information about the user or their order to local, state, central or international law enforcement officials if required by the law or if authorized by a Court. All products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If there is a requirement for the products to be shipped to more than one shipping address then the user shall create separate orders in separate carts for each address.

  5. The Company/Website reserves the right to release information about the user or their order to local, state, central or international law enforcement officials if required by the law or if authorized by a Court.
  6. All the jewellery are dispatched at Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The customer will have to pay the duties, if applicable, at the time of receiving the product.
  7. For order within India or out side the payment can either be made through Credit/Debit card or Direct Bank Transfer , if it is International payment need to transfer money in INR only.
  8. Delivery time would be 7 to 20 days.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Our 5-day return policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we’ll happily provide You with a full refund or exchange, within 15 days of the date of return of the order. This is, however, applicable for orders within India only.

LIMITED LIFETIME EXCHANGE POLICY

The Company/ Website offers a Limited Lifetime Exchange Policy. The policy is applicable on all the purchases made from the website within India subject to certain conditions.

  1. Return any product to the company after five (5) days under the lifetime exchange policy and buy any new product of your choice from the website.
  2. Jewellery products made of studded diamonds shall be exchanged at eighty percent (80%) of prevailing market value and Jewellery products made only of gem stones shall be exchanged at seventy (70%) of the prevailing market value , if both are conditionally as is it .
  3. Plain gold jewellery and gold coins shall be exchanged at the present prevailing gold rate.
  4. The company shall determine the prevailing market value for the exchange purpose.
  5. Product should be accompanied by original Invoice and certificate if applicable. Submission of the original Invoice and certificate if applicable is compulsory under the Lifetime Exchange Policy.
  6. In case of a refund under this policy, payment of the balance refund amount shall be made by way of an online bank transfer to the customer’s (Company/Website) bank account within ten (15 to 20) days of receipt of the product.
  7. In case the exchange value of the old product is lower than the value of the new product, the user will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product.
  8. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
  9. Returns of Made-to-Order/Customized jewellery would be dealt by the company on a case-to-case basis.
  10. The company reserves the right to change the limited lifetime exchange value of the product based on the Quality Inspection done by the Quality Assurance Department.

TRANSIT INSURANCE
